All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present.
By visiting our establishment, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
Tickets suspected of being purchased for the sole purpose of reselling will be canceled at the discretion of Helium Comedy Club. For more information click HERE.
All shows are 21+ (18+ with a parent or legal guardian over the age of 30) unless otherwise notated. 18+ guests will be wristbanded or stamped, and no alcohol will be served at the table. ALL guests must have a valid ID to enter the building.
Your email confirmation serves as your purchase confirmation. If you do not receive an email confirmation, your order is NOT confirmed.
In order for your party to be seated, you must go into the showroom as a group. We will only seat complete groups.
If you’ve purchased Reserved tickets and wish to sit with another group* who purchased Reserved tickets separately, please call our box office at 215.496.9001 no later than 12 PM on the day of the show. *Please note: due to local capacity mandates, some restrictions apply.
A two-item minimum purchase per person is required in the showroom. In addition to the two-item minimum, there will be a 20% administrative fee in the showroom.
Please Note: Loud talking and/or heckling of the performers is extremely disruptive to the show and impacts your fellow guests’ experience. Customers who cannot comply will be removed from the venue and will not be issued a refund of their ticket purchase.
With ever-changing guidelines and mandates, please refer to the local government agencies for the most up-to-date information. Customers are expected to take necessary precautions to protect themselves and others.
PICKING UP TICKETS
All tickets will be held at the box office to be picked up the night of the event, beginning 1.5 - 2 hours before showtime. In order to claim your tickets, you must present the email confirmation and a picture ID. FIRST and LAST names must match the form of ID.
All tickets are subject to expire 30 minutes before showtime. If you are running late or think you will arrive later than 30 minutes before showtime, please call the box office at 215.496.9001 to let them know.
LATE ARRIVALS ARE NOT GUARANTEED SEATS AND ARE NOT ENTITLED TO A REFUND.
Any ticket holder unable to present valid identification will not be admitted to the event and will not be eligible for a refund.
No firearms are allowed on the premises.
