Standoperos Chisteando brings together two standout forces of stand-up comedy in Puerto Rico, offering limitless laughter to Spanish-speaking audiences beyond the island. Born from the requests of their followers, they expanded their reach with successful shows in Texas and Florida in 2023.
Standoperos
Since 2022, Standoperos has captivated audiences with weekly shows at Cafe Teatro Punto Fijo in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Created by Erick Bonilla, Cristina Sánchez, and Titito Sánchez, it became the longest-running weekly comedy show in Puerto Rico until its conclusion in December 2024. Standoperos continues with special performances, maintaining its legacy and fan favorite status.
Chisteando
Created and hosted by Cristina Sánchez and Ernesto Rolón, Chisteando has revolutionized stand-up comedy in Puerto Rico by focusing on crowd work. With 100 sold-out shows by July 2024, it has become a must-see event, providing a platform for local comedians to shine.
Main Comedians:
Cristina Sánchez: Comedian, podcaster, and actress known for her stand-up special "La Cuarenta" and the podcast "Yo Esperaba Más de Ti."
Erick Bonilla: With over 10 years in stand-up, Erick premiered his special "BONILLA BONILLA" and hosts the podcast "Comedy Peeps."
Titito Sánchez: Multidisciplinary artist, award-winning actor, and creator of the podcast "Calzoncillo Music Nights."
Ernesto Rolón: Emerging comedian since 2021, winner of "El Spot" competition in Miami, and performer at the New York Comedy Festival.
Management reserves the right to prevent customers from entering the facility who they deem disruptive or dangerous to other patrons.

A full breakout of your ticket will be shown during checkout. The service fees help cover the costs of putting on the show. They are shared between the various organizing parties, and may include a profit to them.
All shows are 21+ (18+ if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian over the age of 30). All accompanied 18+ guests will be wrist-banded or stamped, and no alcohol will be served at the table. All parties must have valid government-issued IDs to enter the building.
Instead of a drink minimum, we have a two-item per person minimum in the Showroom, which can be fulfilled with any food or drink items from the menu. Food and drinks purchased in the bar and lounge do not count towards the two-item minimum.
Please Note: If you choose not to order anything in the showroom, there is a $4 charge per item not purchased. This charge covers our costs so we can continue providing you with great laughs!
- General Admission seating is assigned on a first-come, first-sat basis as you enter the showroom. The earlier you arrive, the better your seats will be.
- Reserved seats are assigned for you by management on the night of the show. They are the best seats available for your party size at the time they are assigned.
Please Note: We do not take seating requests and cannot guarantee seats in a specific location or that your party will have a table to themselves.
- While we cannot guarantee seats together, General admission groups should arrive at least 45 minutes before showtime and enter the showroom as a group for the best chance of being seated together.
- Reserved groups who purchase tickets in a single order will automatically be assigned seating together. Reserved ticket holders who purchase separately are not guaranteed seating together. Please see your email confirmation for details if your group purchased separately.
Please Note: We will only seat complete groups. Your group must enter the showroom together to be seated together. In addition, we do not take seating requests and cannot guarantee you seats in a specific location.
